Item does not work properly, i was replied in whatsapp to "just put ingridients and on the machine it will give you ice cream it makes ice cream so it will be cold" and "yes it will make ice and it will be cold". But its not doing any of that. What it does is that it just crushes the fruits, but doesn't even make it any creamy nor cold. Refund and return is giving problem online and on the app not working properly.
