Jazp Warranty Policy

Items shipped from Jazp.com, can be returned within 7* days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. It can take up to 2-4 working days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfilment center, it takes 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 14-21 business days for the replacement. The products sold in deals/promotions/super low prices can’t be refunded but replaced with the same in case of any physical damages or manufacturing defects.

*Electronic items such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, digital & DSLR cameras, smart tv etc can only be returned within 3 days (should be unopened/brand new condition). Restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice/price of the product to be returned will be applicable for returns.

Cosmetics, perfumes and personal care electronic items such as trimmers, grooming sets etc will only be returned if there’s any manufacturing defects or physical damages. Claims to be made within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranty of products will be under the sole discretion of the manufacturer. On selected products and in instances where Jazp is considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out at Jazp's authorized service centres. In instances where a product is bought through a Seller that is not Jazp, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply. In case of complaints, items covered by warranty will be picked up and sent to the respective service centres. This process may take 14-21 days and depending on the nature of the complaint, availability of the spare parts, there could be difference in the time period.

The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion). All electronic items can only be sent for warranty once unboxed.

Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

Warranty of Refurbished Phones/Laptops

  • Return/Replacement: within 3 days (will be processed only after quality check by supplier. Product will be picked up and checked. May take 7-12 days)
  • Warranty: 90 days (from the date of purchase)
  • After 3 days (from the date of delivery), the product can only be serviced and will not be replaced unless there is any irreparable damage. (will process refund if a replacement can’t be arranged)
  • Software updates for the items will only be available up to the last update by the manufacturer.
  • In case of replacement with a different product shipping charges will be applicable and restocking fees will be applied on refunds within 3 days.

About Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased. Refunds are given either as Jazp Credits or in Cash. To see how long it takes for you to receive your refund, please see the table below.
