    The phone arrived in a timely manner, considering the pandemic, and everything was in great condition, exactly as described. Good battery life, no scratches or dents, fully functional. I’m thankful there are affordable options for refurbished tech that are in such good condition.

    I was a little nervous ordering a used phone from a website. I’m so glad I did. I decided to go with the iPhone XS in “fair condition” since I use a case anyway. I honestly could not find even the tiniest scratch on the screen or body of the phone!
