just received this a week ago, to put it bluntly... good product for the price range. not too awesome, not too bad, but gets the job done. and delivery was fast and the customer support good. so the 5 star
I placed an order just to get this rice cooker, it took around 2 weeks to receive (LATE). Unfortunately I faced another surprise of receiving a damaged (non-working) item that has a big dent at the back. I communicated this right away and sent photos and asked the person who delivered to come and collected. The Rice Cooker was collected from my house on 7th of January and I have not received a refund or a replacement. Regardless of the return and exchange policy which state a refund will be issued within 3 days and a replacement within 7 respectively. Nothing has been done expect receiving calls asking "what is the issue with the device"... So frustrating!!!
